How to proceed in an emergency?

For emergency transport in Switzerland, call the emergency number 144, within the EU the general emergency number 112.

In the event of an emergency abroad, dial the local emergency number for emergency transport and then inform our ERV claims hotline about the incident. The claims hotline is active 24/7. You can reach it either by dialling +41 848 801 803 or the toll-free number +800 8001 8003, , which is available day and night (including Sundays and public holidays). The claims hotline will advise you on how to proceed and organise the necessary assistance.
